She brings strong expertise in business development, project management, and network building – always with a twinkle in her eye. A creative problem-solver and true team player, Riikka believes that gaming can support children's and young people's wellbeing and learning in a safe and fun way.

When passion, experience, and meaningful work come together, something magical happens – a bit like in Minecraft! I'm Riikka, our company's marketing director, and I'm responsible for ensuring that as many children and young people as possible can join our clubs to build, discover, and grow.

My background includes extensive experience from the municipal sector, solid knowledge of children's and young people's world, and broad networks in the business field, which I utilize boldly and wholeheartedly. I believe that marketing at its best is about inspiring – and that's where I'm at my best. I work to ensure that each of our clubs reaches the right people and every interaction leaves a positive impression.
