Content of our register

The information we can collect and store are:

Name, title, company name, contact information (phone number, e-mail address, postal address, Discord contact information), www-site address, IP address, operating system, browser type and version, region service is used from, time of visit, session duration, device type, info about services purchased, billing information, other details regarding purchases and customer relationship.

School of Gaming is allowed to handle your personal information when the handling is based on a legitimate interest. We use this legal basis for our customer relations, managing orders, customer communication but also development activities as we constantly want to develop and improve our services.

We will store customer data for ten years from the last order or similar activity. Name of the contact person can be changed or deleted.

Your Customer data is primarily received directly from you in connection with your registration or in connection with completing a purchase or registration in our online store. We may also receive data directly from you if you contact us with a question or complaint.

Analytics data is automatically collected when you visit the site. We may also track transaction data as well as details of your browsing patterns when using the service.
