
Terms and Conditions for School of Gaming's Online and Social Media Raffles

- Eligibility:
- Participants must be residents of Finland and aged 18 years or over. Employees of School of Gaming and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. - How to Enter:
- No purchase necessary. In order to enter the raffle follow the instructions written in the campaign post. Each participant can enter only once. Entries submitted outside the campaign period will not be considered. - Winner Selection and Notification:
- Winners will be selected at random and the draw will take place within a week after the raffle has been closed.
- Winners will be notified via direct message within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within a week, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. - Data Protection and Privacy:
- Participants agree that personal data submitted with an entry, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used for the purposes of conducting and administering the raffle.
- Personal data will be handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finnish data protection laws. - General Terms:
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to School of Gaming Galactic Oy and not to Facebook or Instagram.
- By entering this raffle, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any circumstances outside of the organizer’s control. - Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
